Choose the right injection range

The D25 family is marketed as an 11 GPM water-driven dosing pump. Individual configurations have different maximum operating limits, shown below and in the SEKO datasheet.

D25RE020

0.2–2%

Lower dosing concentration range.

Up to 11 GPM
4.4–87 PSI
D25RE050

1–5%

Intermediate dosing concentration range.

Up to 11 GPM
4.4–87 PSI
D25RE100

3–10%

Higher dosing concentration range.

Up to 8.8 GPM*
4.4–58 PSI

*The 3–10% configuration has a lower manufacturer-rated maximum water flow and operating pressure. Always use the limits for the exact configuration selected.

Installation & operating guidance

Protect the pump

Use an appropriate upstream water filter and protect against excessive pressure, flow and water hammer.

Maintain the dosing system

Rinse with clean water as recommended and inspect service parts. The manufacturer recommends replacing dosing seals at least annually.

Adjust safely

Shut off water and fully depressurize the system before adjusting the dosage setting or servicing the pump.

These are selected points from manufacturer guidance, not a substitute for the complete installation instructions and application-specific safety review.
